Before placing your order, please inform us if a person in your part has a food allergy or intolerance.
Payment can be made with cash or card and our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling. Please make sure you allow your card payment to complete to make sure we receive your order.
Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. Once your order has been confirmed it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
Free items will only be offered to order totals over £16 and where a meal deal has not been added to your card. £16 does must also not include any delivery fees.
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Gills store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item. Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts or bones. The Desserts, Ice Cream and Ham sold by Gills may contain nut derivatives. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and ham, some may remain. All burgers and kebabs are Halal. Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the checkout if your order is below the minimum value. Starters, drinks and desserts are only delivered with a pizza or meal deal.
Should you have any special food requirements or allergies please mention this in the comments or call the shop on the number at the top of your screen. Please tell us before we prepare your order should this be the case.
Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery. Unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.
Any feedback you leave will be visible to others. You agree that the name you have used when registering will be used when leaving feedback. If you would live to leave feedback but would like your surname removed from the feedback screen please email email@example.com and request this. Please include your email address you have used to register on our system. Please be aware the management reserves the right to remove any offensive feedback or inappropriate feedback.
Latest Order Time
Please be aware we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 15 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the duty manager.
